+ cut from thorns on the head

to make up for yesterdays apathy i have been steaming ahead today. i am now exhausted.
kitchen cleaned, floors hoovered and mopped, laundry done, washing up done, zimsterne baked, dinner cooked, washing up done again and kitchen put to bed.... the only thing i haven't done is build my little cabinet for the internet to stand on. that is a project for tomorrow morning. i have also dechristmassed the last of the house and managed to wrangle the tree back into its box so feeling rather smug about that. i also also signed moose up for good boy behaviour classes which start thursday at 7pm. 

i got an unexpected package from my new work today, it contained a nice laptop, a wireless mouse, and a headset. i got a call from suki in tech about an hour later to get me all set up ready for the 12th. i am looking forward to starting work again. i've been off sick now for over two months and i am starting to lose track of the days. i have to keep asking chris what day it is because i cannot tell. 

laura has spent over £20 on sweets whilst she's been on her two night sleepover at her friends. i am simultaneously impressed and horrified. 

watched a movie called worth with stanley tucci and michael keaton. it was very sad. i'm now watching the holiday to cheer myself up while i wait for the football to finish so chris and i can watch another episode of house of guiness and eat chocolate truffles.
